Terms & Conditions

  • Costumes should not contain any stain mark.
  • The ownership rights of the costumes are retained by the Costumes360. It should be returned on predetermined time.
  • Costumes should not be torn or damaged
  • No accessory provided in the package should be missing / damaged / deteriorated.
  • The costumes should not be used for any illegal activities.
  • If any of the conditions are not fulfilled, the security may not be refunded and Costumes360 shall not be held liable for any consequences.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We always love you and try our best to help you. In an unfortunate case where you need to cancel the order, these are our policies. All the products are eligible for replacement in case of any faulty product delivery.  

  1. Cancellation is only acceptable before shipping. A 100% refund is accepted in that case. 
  2. We try to deliver the product in the best way possible but in case you receive any damaged product please contact us within 6 hrs of receipt of the package. It is recommended that you check the product when delivered in front of the delivery agent, refuse the package and call the customer care in case any misleading product found.
  3. The product is eligible for replacement only in case of physical damage, size-related issues, missing the accessory. We try to deliver the best quality costumes, however in case of rental costumes you need to understand the costumes may have a little bit adjustable issues that can be forgiven.
  4. Please note that we send a size similar to the one order or one size bigger as per default manufacturing and size chart is indicative. We ensure that the shipped costume matches what is depicted on the website and therefore no returns or exchanges are allowed if the costume somehow doesn’t meet the quality or expectation of the customer.  
  5. If the delivery agent finds anything missing or damaged at the time of returning, your security will be held until the time we receive the product. The amount of security will be refunded after deducting the appropriate amount as may be deemed fit as compensation for the damages.
  6. In case you’re unable to return the costumes on time, fine will be charged accordingly. It should be noted that if you miss returning the product in the second attempt we’ll freeze your security with us and appropriate legal actions shall be taken against the customer. The second attempt will also bring you a fine of ₹100.

We try to help our family the best way possible. Requesting a return or cancellation is very easy. 

How my security is refunded?

The security taken is 100% refundable and we initiate the payment at our earliest. Security is only applicable for the rental dresses. 

  • For the payment made online the security fees is returned back through the original mode of payment.
  • For Cash on delivery orders our team will take your for the bank account details in order to initiate the fees.
